Thank you for the excellent restoration work on my cream colored Lazy-Boy chair. It was well worn and needed much work on the arms and also discolored on the headrest and some areas of the seat. Your repair man arrived on time and worked over three hours on restoring it to almost new condition. The dye job matches the original color of the leather.

Just a quick note to let you know how happy I am with the repairs that you did on the burn holes on the upholstery of the '04 Focus wagon and the white Matrix. I showed my Product Advisors and some of our other staff, and all of them had to look hard to see where the repairs were made.
